The Bible reminds us that “where there is no vision, the people perish.” Years ago, God put a vision into our hearts to start and build an old-fashioned, Bible-believing, soulwinning church in this area. Over our first decade of existence, God has blessed our work and effort by assembling a fine group of dedicated Christians and by providing us a prime location and facilities to serve Him through.
As we enter a new decade of service, we still have a vision. In fact, we have a greater vision of what God can do through our church in this area. We envision reaching new families, seeing people saved, baptized and growing in grace; we envision people being helped and strengthened in their faith; we envision new ministries reaching out into new areas; we envision growth and improvement in the ministries we already have established.
Our vision includes improvements to our property to accommodate more people more effectively. We envision a new auditorium and more Sunday School space. We envision new adult classes reaching and ministering to adults through the various ages of life. We envision an even greater emphasis on the family, on building stronger marriages, and on rearing Godly children. We envision an even more active and vibrant youth department. Most of all, we envision a church that will continue to stand strong on the unchanging Rock of God’s Word while pressing forward to do everything we can to reach lost souls in our area with the gospel, to strengthen believers in their faith, to help build up strong homes, and to get the gospel around the world through world missions.
