Our teenagers are a very important part of our church. Our Youth Ministry is designed to help teenagers through the difficult teenage years while helping them to develop into the young adults that God wants them to be. Our Youth Department strives to develop and encourage purity, right living, and godliness. Our youth workers are seasoned adults that love teenagers and set a good example for them to follow.
The most important ministry for youth in our church is our teenage Sunday School. Here, teenagers get to meet each other, form friendships, and, most importantly, learn the Bible.
Our teen classes are taught by teachers that love teenagers and set a good example of Christian character, maturity, and dedication to the Lord. Our youth workers are not “overgrown teenagers,” but seasoned adults who can help our kids and be a blessing to their parents through the teen years.
Our church attends a wonderful Youth Camp every year in June. We travel to the Lake Texoma Baptist Camp for five days of preaching, teaching, and fun activities. This Camp is for kids going into the seventh grade through the graduation.
YOUTH RALLIES
Our Youth Department attends the Young Fundamental Baptist Youth Rallies held throughout the Metroplex. These Rallies feature red-hot Bible preaching, sword drills, preacher boy contests, Bible quizes, and Bible memorization contests, as well as good fellowship with churches of like faith.
